Walk-in-Clinic horrible experience
I had a horrific experience at their Walk-in Clinic on Dec. 8, 2014 which is near my home. Had acute sinusitis, bronchitis w/phlegm & couldn't lift my head. The femaile NP, who was very rude & wouldn't listen to my plea for antibiotics (my Primary always adminstered antibiotics). I didn't have med insurance at the time & ended paying out of pocket $125 for visit & cough medicine "DayQuil" equivalent. That evening my symptoms got worse & had a fever. I went back to the clinic the next day only to be told by another NP, on duty, that they were booked (couldn't see me) & I would still have to pay for another visit!!! The following day, I went to my Primary (I should have done that to begin with) who gave me a shot, antibiotics & cough medicine; he was also very surprised that Walgreens didn't help me from the start... Called WG customer service who asked me for my Primary's visit documentation, which I forwarded, only to be informed there was nothing they could do to make it right; not even an apology for the money that I spent for improper diagnosis and care! I would never recommend anyone to go to this clinic and have already spread the word...
